Return and Refund Policy
Return Request will be accepted only under below Two conditions :
- Product received by customer has a manufacturing defect, in such case customer needs to
send us a video of the defect. We shall arrange a pick up from the given address. Once we receive the product, we shall inspect the product for the defect. If found correct, and we do not have another piece in the same product then complete amount shall be refunded back to the source account. Defected returns will be processed even if the products was on sale/discount/offer/voucher code/coupon code availed.
If we have another piece in the same product, a new piece will be sent to the customer.
We will also give option for Exchange option with a credit note to the customer incase another piece is not available in the same product. Customer can choose to take refund or go for an Exchange in such case.
2.If completely different product is received by the customer then return request can be raised and we will go through the case and will arrange to send the booked product again.Please note- marginal color variation may occur due to different screen resolution on devices used. So this would not be considered as a different product.
Incase the product is not available then the amount will be refunded back to the customer or customer can take a credit voucher and book another product on site.
Please Note- All return request should be sent to us within 24hrs of receiving the product.
A 24 hr policy is kept to avoid misuse of our products.
Once we receive the request, we shall arrange a pick up from your address.
Returned product should be sent in unused condition, with tags and properly packed. Default in any such case will result in cancelling your return request. Once the order is picked up, please retain the receipt for your records.

All refunds will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the products.
