Yes, We provide exchange in below cases:
1.On Non-discounted products.
If a Discount Coupon Is Used or product is ON SALE then the product is not eligible for exchange
2.If completely different product is received by the customer then return request can be raised. Please note- marginal color variation may occur due to different screen resolution on devices used. So this would not be considered as a different product.
Please Note-Products from our Royal Collection can’t be Exchanged. These are Made To Order Sarees Hence No Returns and Exchange will be entertained for this category.

Once we receive the request, we shall pick up your product from the given address.
Product should reach us in same condition unused and with tags. Once we receive the product in same condition Exchange is approved on mail, and a credit note will be sent to you then you can purchase anything from the site with the same amount or higher amount. Incase of any difference amount of the new purchase you can UPI the amount on the given number to you.
Please Note- Exchange request should be mailed to us within 24 hrs of receiving the product. This timeline has been kept to avoid misuse if any. If the request is sent post the set timeline, the Exchange request will not be acceptable.
